High-quality subfloor, flow screed for later flooring

A subfloor, also called a flowing screed, is a high-quality subfloor for the subsequent floor covering, whether laminate, parquet or slab flooring. In order to achieve an ideal sound distribution, an impact sound insulation is laid before pouring the flowing mortar.

The advantage of the tile screed with a layer thickness of only 5cm is very obliging in obtaining maximum room height in, for example, existing residential buildings.
