Founded in 1981, the architectural firm has a long track record of successful projects.
Reference in all types of construction: individual housing, collective housing, industrial, administrative and commercial buildings, accommodation buildings, agricultural buildings, historical buildings.

**Architects' workshop

Our architects' studio is the heart of the Blum Sieber office.

Energy study

More and more, our planet is showing us clear signs that mankind is going too far. We believe we have to be responsible, and we want to lead the way in finding sustainable, environmentally-friendly building solutions.
Swiss standards are already very demanding, and there are many ways of guiding us in this direction, such as the Minergie standards.
The Swiss Confederation has also introduced the possibility of obtaining subsidies for the energy renovation of existing buildings.
We often work on conversion, renovation or simply energy-refurbishment projects.

Our office therefore has the skills and software to carry out thermal assessments and draw up CECB and CECB plus forms.

The heat balance is a necessary document for any building survey. It enables us to determine the various heat flows in the building envelope and the sizing of technical installations.
