After working for several years as a painter, first with Paul Leuenberger in Konolfingen, then with Büchi Bauunternehmung AG in Bern, Beat Lüthi laid the foundation stone for his own painting business in Mirchel on April 1, 1999. He initially ran the business alone for several years. In 2002, the company moved from Mirchel to Konolfingen.

From April 2011 to August 2017, Bruno Kilchenmann initially strengthened the company with his many years of experience in the painting and plastering trade. Nadin Böhlen has been active in the painting business since August 2017.
