Plastering works

• We perform base plastering, this is a mineral-bonded thick-layer application and serves to even out larger irregularities and creates an even base for subsequent coatings. Depending on its composition, it can be used for interior, exterior and damp areas and can also perform heat and sound insulating functions.
• We also apply finishing coats, i.e. finishing plaster, which is the top layer of a multi-layer plaster structure. It can be smoothed or textured.

Drywall work

• We build lightweight walls consisting of studs with a substructure of galvanized steel sheet profiles and planking on both sides with 1 or 2 layers of gypsum plasterboard. With or without insulation.
• We make facing walls, placed in front of a wall, with substructure and planking on one side with 1 or 2 layers of gypsum boards.
• Facings, placed in front of a wall, made of solid gypsum boards without a substructure.
• Wall claddings, fixed to a load-bearing wall, made of one-sided planking, with or without a substructure.

Interior thermal insulation

• Interior insulation (e.g. basement walls) is a measure which, with the help of suitable materials, limits the energy supply or energy losses, such as heat and sound, or prevents moisture ingress. It can also include fire protection and fire prevention.
• External thermal insulation effectively protects the load-bearing masonry from temperature differences. The external thermal insulation is suitable for new and old buildings

Acoustic ceilings

• There are different variants of acoustic ceilings. The perforated ceiling consists of a substructure of. Metal profiles and a perforated plasterboard with glued fiber fleece.
• There are other systems.

Underlays

• The screed can be applied directly on raw concrete, on a separating foil, as a floating subfloor or underfloor heating.

Stucco work

• The production of cornices or stucco moldings by means of a template is called pulling work or, colloquially, drawing.
• Gypsum is particularly suitable for drawing work due to its favorable setting curve and early strength. The plaster is mixed in a clean vessel, preferably in a plaster box with a sloping bottom. The amount of water required should be calculated or estimated. The plaster is sprinkled evenly into the clean water until islands form on the surface.
• The actual production of the cornice takes place in three phases. These largely correspond to the setting behavior of the plaster. During the casting time, the still liquid plaster slurry is thrown onto the roughened base or carefully emptied onto the intended bonding surface. At this stage, the stability of the slurry is still very low. The enentual insertion of a reinforcement takes place approximately towards the end of the casting time.
• The second phase is now decisive. During this period, the strike time, the slurry becomes increasingly plastic deformable and stable. It must be used to build up the cornice to its full size and to work out the contours. The template is pulled or pushed along the guide under uniform pressure. This process is repeated several times until the profiling is filled to full edge.
• During the smoothing phase, the cleaned stencil is guided with increased pressure. Material is now taken from the smoothing stick and pressed against the stencil sheet by hand. Smaller holes are filled and the surface smoothed (compacted). As a result of the increase in volume, the setting cornice tension causes a noticeable resistance of the stencil. It is therefore essential that the sliding surfaces are cleaned and lubricated.
