Eco-Rational.

Living environments of different nature and functionality such as houses, villas, residential complexes, commercial facilities and public buildings of various characters and heterogeneous uses are what AERA deals with. All mandates, from new objects to interventions on pre-existing buildings, are studied so that each work can find its proper balances. The design and executive work is approached with an Eco-Rational approach, that is, with constant methodological rigor in the management of space, resources and time allowing us to best meet the expectations of the clients by realizing what starts as an intuition and develops with reason and ability.

AERA aims to understand and interpret, in a broad and comprehensive way, with a critical and purposeful approach, the idea of inhabiting spaces: the micro-spaces defined by the individual needs of people, the meso-spaces delineated by form and function of buildings, and the macro-spaces generated by the relationships between the work of architecture and the context in which it is inserted.
