HISTORY 1980s: Foundation Schaffhausen architects Heinz Ulmer and Renato Zarotti found - to complement their existing architectural practice - the company the company Arche Bau AG on Mühlentalstrasse in Schaffhausen. 1990: Change of ownership At the beginning of 1990, Arche Bau AG is taken over by the Corti Group, a construction company based in Winterthur. 1993: Construction Claudio Battel joins the company as construction manager with the task of supporting Arche Bau AG in its operational activities. 1998: Management1998: Management buy-out Claudio Battel and Ruzica Battel take over Arche Bau AG. The company is continued as Arche Bau Battel GmbH and keeps its original location on Mühlentalstrasse. Both the office and the work yard are located here. 2016: Expansion of the office In order to create the conditions for better work processes, the Werkhof area on Mühlentalstrasse is enlarged.
