Repair / Maintenance / Protection:

All interventions in case of water infiltration, unclogging of downpipes, cleaning of gutters, cleaning of roofing materials and application of anti-moss products, anti-bird/pigeon systems

Annual roof maintenance contract:

Including the essential elements of all checks, which should be carried out at least once a year, i.e. : Replacement of defective roofing materials, cleaning of gutters and windbags, general inspection of all tinsmithing and roofing.

Tinsmith:

Custom manufacture of all parts in any desired material: copper, uginox, stainless steel, zinc and aluminum, in particular; half-round, square and boxed gutter, chimney cowl and cap, ventilation trim, armor or drip cap, virvent, wall, acroterion and beam head, dormer cladding, ridge, birth, bavette, shelf, sheet metal profiles, ornamental/decorative element, weathervane.

Roofing / Roofer:

Roof cladding in terracotta or concrete tiles, Eternit fibre cement sheeting, corrugated sheeting, metal cladding, natural slate, including lathing, counter-lathing, safety bar, ladder or snow hook.

Under-roofing:

Installed under the roof, it acts as a 2nd layer of protection. It prevents driving rain or snow from penetrating the thermal insulation and substructure.

Thermal insulation:

A well-insulated roof significantly improves comfort and reduces energy consumption. Depending on the insulation coefficient achieved, a subsidy may be granted by the Buildings Program, as well as by some municipalities

Roof windows and blinds:

Velux windows with opening by projection or rotation. Smoke vents. Roof access window, skylight type. Wide choice of interior blinds, pleated, curtain, Venetian or mosquito net style. Exterior roller shutters and marquisette. Depending on model, manual, electric or solar drive.

Photovoltaic:

For electricity generation, Panotron panels or tiles. Roof-integrated solar systems that meet both efficiency and aesthetic requirements. Subsidies are available from the Swiss Confederation, as well as from some local authorities.
