Franz Widmer AG has been in existence under its current management since 1985. Our team consists of around twelve employees, most of whom have been professionals for many years, and we pay great attention to the training of the next generation of professionals. In two decades we have gained a great deal of experience and are accustomed to cooperative collaboration with a wide variety of architectural and planning offices, as well as directly with clients. First class and high quality work is our goal: for roof constructions or facade and tinsmith works. For new buildings, extensions or renovations of single or multi-family houses, industrial and municipal buildings. We master every challenge.

ROOFING

We are experts in roofs. Whether historic buildings, gable, monopitch or flat roofs: we know our stuff and build with a wide variety of materials - clay, concrete, plastic, slate, sheet metal. Whatever you wish and whatever makes sense from a professional point of view. We are by no means content with the outer skin alone, but also lay sub-roofs or install insulation. Where required, we provide storm- and rain-proof roofing for your building.

FACADES

Perhaps this is surprising. But: Historically, façade construction has always belonged to roofing. He is already trained for it during his apprenticeship. We are talking here about ventilated facade systems. On the one hand, the facade has a protective function in the classical sense. In addition, however, it is increasingly taking on an important aesthetic function - and not just in modern buildings. There are virtually no limits to the materials that can be used: Wood, stone, plastic, sheet metal, natural slate. What do you like?

SPENGLEREI

Both roofing and façade construction are always in contact with plumbing work: drainpipes, roof hatches, window sills, window frames, sill formations, or lightning protection are examples of this. For this reason, we have been building our own plumbing shop for years, where we employ the appropriate skilled personnel. With this independent branch of our company we are able to offer a complete range of services on the one hand, but on the other hand we can also carry out autonomous tinsmithing orders competently.
