Constant further training of our employees is just as important to us as the promotion of young talent through the training of apprentices.

FREPA was founded in 1980 by the sons of Luigi Brogini, initially as a pure plastering company. In 1996, following a customer need, FREPA Malerei AG was founded as an additional, independent company. At present, 120 employees work in the plastering department and 30 in the painting department. Both companies have branches in Lyss and Biel. FREPA is thus one of the largest Swiss companies of its kind.

In the fall of 2016, FREPA moved into its new building in Lyss' industrial zone Süde. It offers an optimal, future-oriented infrastructure.
