Timber construction / carpentry

Our services include all wood construction work such as conversions, new buildings, alterations, renovations of entire houses and also of partial areas.

Our speciality are reconstructions, with our powerful teams consisting of skilled carpenters, we can offer you competent help in all areas.

Complete wooden houses according to the customer's wishes.

Our system is absolutely designed for individuality, the houses and / or extensions and extensions are manufactured and assembled according to the customer's wishes.

The chronicle of HUMA Holzbau AG

• 01.01.2021 Ueli Wüthrich takes over the company 100% and is the sole owner. The services are continued in the known sense. For you as a customer, only the contact person changes.
• 2020 - David Habegger has started the 4-year apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ
• 2020 - Severin Fund has passed the exam as a carpenter EFZ with flying colors. We wish him good luck in his new challenges.
• 2018 - Jan König has started the 4-year apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ
• 2018 - The company was transformed into a holding and at the same time Huma Holzbau AG was founded as a subsidiary, thus nothing changes for our customers.
• 2016 - We thank Ueli Wüthrich for his 10 years of cooperation
• End of 2014 - We have settled in well in the new building, now we work already 1 year in the new building
• 2014 August - Dominic Salvisberg has started his apprenticeship as a carpenter apprentice
• 2013 - in November we were able to move into the new hall and are now up to date. The sawmill was no longer built.
• 2013 - The new building is constructed and at the same time transferred to Huma Immobilien AG.
• 2012 - Huma gets a refreshed logo in new color tones.
• 2011 - Oct. 23 - we were able to immediately move into another building right next door and continue working. Needless to say, all the furniture, machinery, equipment and vehicles needed to be new.
• 2011 - 21 Oct - The whole building burns down to the ground in a fire, including the office wing, there is no notepad, no computers, no folders left, only a backup tape of the data was in an external location.
• 2000 The old frame saw is replaced by a newer second-hand frame saw.
• 2011 - We congratulate Manuel Kohler for passing his final examination, he continues to work for us.
• 2011 - We thank Bernhard Gurtner for his 10 years of work with us.
• 2008 The new office building with a service apartment and parking spaces is built.
• 2010 - 20 years Huma Holzbau - Our logo is still unchanged.
• 2010 - We would like to thank Matthias Jost for his 10 years of cooperation.
• 2010 - The project "Wärmeverbund Buchhof" is started in cooperation with Hanspeter Vögeli.
• Autumn/Winter 2010/2011 The new heating system is now in operation, several buildings are connected. The fuel is from the nearest surroundings. The heating system is outsourced and not owned by Huma.
• 1998 New building of the joinery hall with workshop - 2 additional employees are hired.
• 1998 The property could be bought, at the same time the company was transformed into Huma Holzbau AG.
• 1995 Move to Grafenried to the current location - the old sawmill was rented
• 1992 2 additional employees are hired.
• 1990 The two founders of the company work together - domicile in Mülchi, with a small workshop and office - most of the work takes place on the construction site. The name was: Huma Holzbau u. Sanierungen.
• The company was founded on 1 Oct. 1990 as a general partnership by André Hulmann and Alfred Mäder. The name is composed of Hulmann and Mäder.
