IZZO PEINTURE SARL (Vevey)

The company was founded in 1979 in Vevey by Valentino Izzo.

Success was quickly achieved, thanks to a high level of professionalism and a quality of work always based on criteria of excellence: quality, speed, cleanliness.

Since then, many quality employees have joined the team and more than ten apprentices have been trained, often with excellent results.

Valentino Izzo retires in 2018.

A brief history ... In 1972, Valentino Izzo obtained his CFC, finishing 1st in the Riviera region. He then went on to work for various employers in the Vevey area. He learned the basics of lime techniques, patinas, etc... 1979, he set up on his own, starting with a small workshop in a garage in La Tour-de-Peilz. He completes his CMA certificate for apprentice training. In 1983, he trained his first apprentice; many others followed, often with excellent results. In the early 90s, Valentino took over larger premises in Vevey. 1998, his son Julien begins his apprenticeship at his side. 1999, the company moved to a larger workshop in Vevey, where we are still based today. Also in 1999, the company was commissioned to carry out various painting jobs for the Winegrowers' Festival (the stage, the 4 towers, etc.). 2003, Julien leaves to learn English for 9 months in Australia. 2008, Julien successfully trains as a trompe-l'oeil decorative painter at the Murs Dec school in Nantes. 2014, Julien obtains his certificate of basic course for the removal of strongly agglomerated asbestos elements. (www.hseconseils.ch) 2016, in September, Julien opens the painting company IZZO PEINTURE SARL. Valentino continues to operate under his own name until the end of 2018, when he retires. We are affiliated to the FVE and FREPP.
