Maler E. Gmünder GmbH (Uttwil)

The people of Uttwil have certainly noticed that a new logo has been visible in the municipality since June 2019:

That of the limited liability company founded in 1989 by Marcel Gmünder - only the "new" logo is not white as before, but black. There is a simple explanation for this:

"The logo with the black background is that of my newly founded company Maler E. Gmünder GmbH", "The company of my father Marcel Gmünder, the Maler Gmünder GmbH with the white logo, still exists as an independent company.

The foundation of the second GmbH is a common idea and should serve to initiate the handover of my father's company to me in a meaningful way, which will happen sometime "
