The company has been in the construction business since 1971, when it was founded as Isella Almire and since 1982 as Isella & Foletti SA. During this time it has specialized in the execution of the following works:

In addition to normal painting work, we perform:

• stucco work in general, encaustic
• laying wallpapering of all kinds
• spraying of finished products on walls or ceilings
• treatment of interior and exterior surfaces with mineral products with carryover of existing designs or ornaments
• spraying in its own warehouses of wooden elements with 2-component paints

Facade thermal insulation:

• Insulation with polystyrene slabs
• Insulation with rock wool slabs
• Insulation with cork slabs

Renovation of facades in general:

• Remediation of base and finish plaster
• Laying of reinforcing mesh embedded in mortar
• Finishing with various types of plaster according to request

Renovation of concrete in general: Treatment with complete cycle type "Mapei" or similar.

Intumescent treatments: As trained and licensed applicators, we take care of the painting of iron construction beams and profiles with intumescent paint type "Sika" with relevant certification.

Blacksmith, plasterer and mason work: Only related to the execution of works commissioned to our company.

As a general contractor: Complete renovation of buildings depending on the client's request or need, with work ranging from complete re-roofing or execution of new waterproofing and insulation, to replacement of windows and doors with the following adaptation of apartments to new fire safety standards. Work such as replacement of garage doors, execution of asphalt paving to new, general floor work, and rehabilitation of drainage pipes and downspouts can also be contemplated as part of a general estimate.
